Description
Sparkling wine made from Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay grapes using the traditional classic method of bottle fermentation. Deep yellow in color with golden highlights, it offers a rich aromatic profile thanks to its long aging on the lees (82 months): white flowers, spices, and bread crust. Excellent structure on the palate, savory, with a good balance of salt and acidity; a crystalline and clean finish. Pairs well with appetizers, delicate first courses, and fish dishes.
