Bergamasca Bianco IGP

Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Moscato Giallo grapes, gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature; a portion of the wine is fermented and aged for six months in small oak barrels. Straw yellow in colour, with subtle golden highlights and a bouquet of ripe fruit, vanilla and spices, mouth-filling and persistent on the palate. Served at a temperature of 8-9°, it goes well with seafood, soups, white meats and aged cheeses.
