Marco and Angelo Pecis have in common the ancestors and the love of Imberghem. From their collaboration the Vallonghe wines are born: Marco takes care of the Foresto vineyard with passion and Angelo expertly transforms the fruits. Made from Franconia grapes (Imberghem in the dialect of Bergamo) with direct pressing of the grapes and fermentation of the must at low temperature. It’s an extremely pleasant wine; a deep pink with ruby red highlights, it has notes of cherry, strawberry and citrus, fresh and persistent on the palateServed at a temperature of 10-12 ° C, it goes well with light first courses, seafood recipes, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
