Made with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Imberghem grapes harvested late, with cold maceration on the skins followed by fermentation on the skins for at least twenty days. Aged one year in French oak barriques and one year in the bottle. Ruby red with highlights varying from purplish to garnet, it has a bouquet of spices, cocoa, cherry and plum; on the palate, it clearly reveals its important structure abounding in tannins and flavour, with great persistence.
