Bergamasca Moscato Rosato IGP

This rosé wine is made from a native Bergamo grape variety, with soft pressing of the whole grapes and low-temperature fermentation of the must. With a delicate pink color, it offers notes of citrus and tropical fruit, fresh, elegant, and persistent. Served at 8-10°C, it is suitable as an aperitif or to accompany light first courses and fish in general.

How it’s made: it is obtained with Moscato di Scanzo grapes with direct pressing of the grapes and fermentation of the must at low temperatures.

Food pairings: served at a temperature of 8-10 °C it is suitable as an aperitif and to accompany light first courses and fish in general.
