A subtle pale straw yellow in colour, with a fine, elegant floral bouquet containing delicate hints of peach, apricot and acacia honey; tart and fresh, round and persistent on the palate. A good aperitif, it may also be served with shellfish, various kinds of risotto, white meat or fresh cheeses.
