Dosaggio zero
Made from Moscato Giallo grapes using the traditional classic method of bottle refermentation (aged on the lees for 59 months). With a pale straw-yellow color, it has a floral, fine, and elegant bouquet with delicate hints of peach, apricot, and acacia honey. The taste is crisp and fresh, rounded, and persistent. An excellent aperitif, it pairs well with shellfish and crustaceans, risottos in general, white meats, and fresh cheeses.
