Marco and Angelo Pecis have in common he ancestors and love for Imberghem. From their collaboration the Vallonghe wines are born: Marco takes care of the Foresto vineyard with passion and Angelo expertly transforms the fruits. This wine is made with a selection of Franconia grapes (Imberghem in the dialect of Bergamo) and is aged for twelve months in barriques. Ruby ​​red in color with purplish highlights, it has a bouquet of red fruit and spices, with a vinous, fresh and balanced on the palate. Served at 18 ° C, it goes well with prestigious meat dishes and aged cheese.
