A sparkling wine made from Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay grapes by the traditional method with secondary fermentation in the bottle. An intense yellow in colour, with hints of gold, it offers great aromatic breadth as a result of spending a long time on its lees: white blossoms, spices and breadcrust. Well-structured on the palate, with plenty of flavour and a good balance between flavour and freshness; closes with a clear, crystalline note. Perfect with appetisers, or with delicate first courses and seafood recipes.
