Bergamasca Moscato Giallo IGT

Moscato Giallo grapes are dried for about 60 days, then gently crushed and pressed, fermented and aged in small oak barrels. An intense golden yellow in colour, it recalls the fine aroma of orange blossoms to the nose, with hints of spice, vanilla and cinnamon; pleasantly sweet on the palate, with plenty of flavour and an aftertaste of saffron and candied fruit. Ideal served with dry pastries or with aged or blue cheese, it is also excellent for sipping alone. A variety of gift packs are available. Other combinations of wines and sparkling wines may be requested.
